You are required to register in order to be granted access to product prices on this site. Customer Data Access

Customers have access via authenticated (ID & Password) which enables them to gain access to prices, checkout and update information in their respective profiles.

IP Addresses: IP addresses are used by your end device every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by end device on the network to identify your device. IP addresses are automatically collected by our server as part of demographic and profile data known as "traffic data" so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you. QC Professional will not use your IP address to attempt to identify your personal information.

QC Professional collects information that you provide when you make a purchase, create an account, enter a contest, join a loyalty program, sign up for emails or offers from us. QC Professional also receives information from third party data providers. QC Professional automatically collects device information from your computer, tablet or device used to browse on the Sites; information from cookies or similar tracking tools about browsing time, page views, opening of emails from us. QC Professional uses the information collected to provide you with services, fulfill your purchase orders, tailor advertising, content, improve our Sites and products.

Sharing of Information

QC Professional does not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to third parties.

Security

Information collected by QC Professional is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. All of our employees are dedicated to maintaining and upholding your privacy and security and are aware of our privacy and security policies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information within our systems, QC Professional cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Payments can be initiated on our site and are processed by a third party vendor such as PayPal or others. The third party software is integrated into our site and the transmission, security and storage of this data resides with the third party not QC Professional.  

Opt-Out

Subscribers may elect to opt-out and to discontinue receiving future communications from us through making the appropriate changes to your personal subscriber account at this site. In addition, you may elect to avoid future communications from QC Professional by sending us an email at contact@qchair.com, indicating your Username and E-mail address and requesting to opt-out and discontinue future communications. Notwithstanding the forgoing, even if you have opted-out, under urgent circumstances we reserve the right to send you information about the service or your account, but we will not send you unsolicited communications regarding any general information regarding this site or commercial offers or advertisements if you have opted out or discontinued such communications.

Again, you may change your preferences and unsubscribe from email services by: (i) modifying your account information; (ii) sending us an email; (iii) following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication that you receive (such as an email or SMS message).

If you prefer to not receive targeted advertising, you can opt out of certain network advertising programs through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt–Out Page. Please note that even if you choose to remove your information (opt out) you will still see advertisements while you're browsing online.

QC Professional does not knowingly collect or store information from children under 13, nor are the Sites directed to children.

How does QC Professional protect information

While no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, QC Professional maintains reasonable safeguards, including physical, contractual, administrative and technical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or destruction and when transferring information for processing.

You may change your preferences and unsubscribe from email services from our Brands by: (i) modifying your registered user information on the Sites; (ii) sending us an email; or (iii) following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication that you receive.

If you wish to modify, verify, correct, delete, or update any of your Personal Information collected through the Sites, you may edit your profile preferences or contact us at the above address or e–mail. In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the Sites. We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.

Your privacy rights, choice and access

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We do not control certain privacy settings and preferences maintained by our social media partners like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
